In an effort to provide consistent and efficient support to families, we have created a more systematic response to track technology-related issues. Please use the BBHCSD Student and Family Help Desk to alert us to problems with technology: hardware issues; difficulties logging into a Chromebook; struggles with logging into Google Classroom; or other problems related to instruction and learning.

The Media Specialists will be the point person and will provide the first level of support prior to the district IT specialists being involved.
