Mark Dosen- President

Mr. Dosen has spent most of his life as an active resident of Broadview Heights. He and his wife, Marilyn, have three children: Alexandra (2011 BBHHS Graduate), Derek (2013 BBHHS Graduate) and Dana (2017 BBHHS Graduate). Mr. Dosen is also a graduate of BBHHS and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science with a minor in Accounting at Cleveland State University. He spent his career in the Information Technology field mostly specializing in database technology for Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. He is an active member of Saint Basil The Great Catholic Church and has been involved with our community for many years as a coach and volunteer. His term expires on December 31, 2023.
Tish Kwiatkowski - Vice President

Tish Kwiatkowski took office in January 2022 and has been involved in a variety of volunteer capacities, including membership on the BBHHS PSO, the BBHMS PSO and past member of the Highland Drive Elementary PSO. In her professional capacity, she works in the Office of Special Education for the Akron Public Schools as a Special Education Consultant with varied roles that include management of the autism programming, supervising the OT and PT department and oversight of the district’s requirements for the Ohio Medicaid School program. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Advanced Master of Science (MS) in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University, as well as a certificate as an Autism Specialist (ACAS) with the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards. Tish is married to Kevin, and has three children: Joshua (Class of 2021), Taylor (Class of 2022) and Sara (Class or 2026).
Ellen Kramer

Ellen Kramer was elected to the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Board of Education in 2017. Ellen has lived in Brecksville with her husband and three children, Luke, Mia and Peter, since 2006. A partner at a Cleveland law firm, specializing in business and consumer litigation, Ellen also has been a volunteer attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland for more than a decade. She also has worked in a wide variety of roles with the PSOs at Chippewa Elementary School, Central School and the Middle School.
Kathleen Mack

Kathleen Mack, a graduate of Ohio University, obtained her BSED degree in 1992 and also has attained her masters degree in gifted education. Currently, she is working in the Brooklyn School District as a gifted intervention specialist. Also, in Brooklyn, Mrs. Mack coaches the 7th grade Power of the Pen Team. Mrs. Mack and her husband, Rex, have three children: Alexis, Ethan, and Chelsea. Her current term expires on December 31, 2023.
Brittany Wigman

Brittany Wigman has been a resident of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District for the last 7 years and is a 2003 alumnus of our schools as well. She has two children, one of whom is currently enrolled in our school district and one future Bee to enroll in the Fall of 2023. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master of Education in Higher Education degree from Ohio University. She has served in business development for the Sports Alliance of Greater Akron over the years, with a keen experience in connecting people to the right resources to yield positive outcomes. In her spare time, Brittany is a member of the BBH Schools Foundation and a former member of the City of Brecksville’s Master Planning Committee as well as the levy and bond campaign.
