The Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District is pleased to assist with the promotion of events for students per board policy. Flyers are posted in an electronic format, saving paper and time but still reaching a broad audience for these events. As per Board Policy, no materials from any profit making organizations are distributed to students in any format.

Flyer Submission Guidelines:

In order to expedite your request, please use the guidelines listed below:

  • Forms should be submitted electronically as a PDF attachment to an email, directed to Superintendent, Joelle Magyar at [email protected]
  • Each flyer must include: Contact Name, Email and Phone Number.
  • Please be sure to include the desired date of posting and the date that the event ends.
  • Please supply a brief description/title of your flyer which includes the following information: Who, What, When, Where and Why for your event.
  • Flyers may be submitted any time but will ONLY be posted to Flyer Central every Wednesday. In order for us to help you promote your event, please plan accordingly.
  • Requests to building personnel will be directed to the Central Office for consideration of approval. ALL flyers must be pre-approved by the Superintendent.

Cuyahoga Co. Public Library is there to help students and families with the start of a new school year by providing homework mentors, remote learning tech help, learning resources, and more! September is Library Card Sign-Up Month - check us out!
The Cuyahoga County Board of Health will be providing Back to School Drive Through Immunizations for teens and Kindergarteners on select days at its Parma headquarters and other locations in Cuyahoga County.
IORG is a non-profit youth group that teaches girls what matters most - leadership, confidence, citizenship and empowers girls of all ages. Check out their assembly right in Brecksville!
The BBHCSD will be providing a new and convenient fully online Kindergarten Registration process beginning the week of Monday, March 2, 2020.
Parents can obtain real-time bus tracking and arrival alerts with the free Here Comes the Bus app. Please see the attached flyer for sign-up instructions.

Athletic Flyers

Due to the limited number of fans allowed at our events, the BAB has decided not to offer our usual tier of memberships this year. Your support, however, is still crucial and needed at this time.
