BBHES students spent valuable time in the field house on Friday, December 6th, as a way to demonstrate their activity-levels and fitness, but also to raise funds for those in the building community in need, with the annual Holiday Dash event! 

Creativity, thoughtfulness, seasonal spirit and more prompted the High School student government organization to invigorate students and staff of the entire building to a cleverly-themed main hallway for the holiday season.

You can watch the full story here.  The idea emerged from a recognition of our students’ evolving needs—many are not only students during the day but also serve as providers and caretakers for their families at night. Building leaders saw firsthand how these responsibilities were affecting their academic and personal lives.  This need was really first recognized during Covid as our district worked to provide grab and go meals to those who qualified for free and reduced lunch.

Superintendent Harrison and Treasurer Yaniglos extend their gratitude to the citizens who attended the kickoff Bee Engaged Coffee House visits earlier this week at the Coffee Club in Broadview Heights. 

Students from throughout the campus of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools paid tribute to those who have served our country in honor of Veteran's Day on November 11th, 2024. 

As has become an annual tradition among BBHES students, a handful of our young Bees took part in Northern Ohio’s AIAA Young Astronaut Day.
