Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at BBHES

Special guests, local and school district leaders joined together on Monday, August 1st to commemorate the official opening of Brecksville-Broadview Heights Elementary School with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony. Superintendent Joelle Magyar served as master of ceremonies, joining Board President Mark Dosen, City of Brecksville Mayor Jerry N. Hruby, City of Broadview Heights Mayor Samuel J. Alai, and State Senator Matt Dolan in sharing remarks, and then cutting a ribbon that permitted approximately 100 special guests and friends to enter and tour the new facility. Once inside, guests walked the halls to inspect such state-of-the-art amenities as the field house, collaborative classrooms, the cafetorium, the learning stairs, and more. The Ribbon Cutting ceremony kicks off a week of community tours, during which members of our school family have been able to sign up and participate in guided visits throughout the building. Thank you to all who participated, and please remain on the lookout for more information as we approach the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year on September 6th.
