Annual Kick-It Event Takes Place at BBHMS With Fun and Purpose!
Brecksville-Broadview Heights Middle School students, staff and PSO members hosted their annual Kick-It celebration earlier this week, as a fun, active and meaningful way to raise money to fight childhood cancer. Dressed in their 2022 Kick-It tee shirts, middle school students enthusiastically moved about the parking lot and field areas near the middle school to participate in any number of fun activities and events. Some of those included an oversized parachute, corn hole competitions, a dunk tank with various adults included and nearly a dozen food trucks. Swenson's, Barrio, and slushy trucks lined the front parking lot as students, staff and adults waited for snacks and for lunch. Excitement characterized the late morning and early afternoon hours at the Middle School, but in all, the purpose of the day is always focused on raising money and awareness to find a cure for childhood cancer. Thank you to the PSO members who helped to organize and make this event possible, the staff members who played a dedicated role and our students for participating!
