Honoring the veterans of our nation is an important recognition, and a meaningful ceremony recently took place at Brecksville-Broadview Heights Middle School by our 6th grade students and music department for such a cause. With a memorable Veterans Day Assembly, which took place on Friday, November 10th, approximately 85 individuals who have either served our country in the armed forces, or who are currently serving our nation were in attendance to be recognized with gestures of gratitude from our middle schoolers. Songs were sung. Words of praise and admiration were delivered. Mr. Battista provided an inspiring message for all in attendance. A special thank you to our food services team who helped with a delicious continental breakfast. On behalf of everyone in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools, thank you to our veterans who have fought to preserve our freedoms.
