BEES Gymnastics Team Wins 20th Consecutive OHSAA State Title

The unprecedented success of the BBHHS Gymnastics program now stretches across two decades, as the Bees won their 20th consecutive and 23rd overall OHSAA Team Gymnastics title at the 2023 OHSAA State Gymnastics Tournament on Friday, March 3rd. With a team score of 148.825, the third highest in OHSAA state tournament history, the Bees edged out Delaware Olentangy Berlin High School to claim the title in a tightly contested competition. During the individual competition, sophomore Gianna Ravagnani competed in all four events and earned a 1st place finish in the Vault event, 9th place in the Beam event, 4th place in the floor exercise, and 8th place in the All-Around event. Several other Bees finished in the top ten for the Vault event, including Emily Gromek (7th place) and Rachel Kelly (8th place). Rachel Kelly also finished tied for 9th in the Floor Exercise event.
