Hilton Elementary School student Grace Hehemann is a featured subject of an article in the Kids Heart Challenge Ohio Monthly newsletter, for her extremely compassionate and hard work to help those in need. Grace was a top fundraiser for our Kids Heart Challenge program at Hilton last year, and the American Heart Association recognized her initiative and effort by reaching out to her through their All-Star program. In the process, she shared her own Heart Hero story with them, explaining her family’s journey and what life looked like upon discovering Grace’s heart condition. The American Heart Association has remarked that "Grace is so special, and it has been our pleasure to showcase her, and allow others to hear her brave story!"
