Superintendent Magyar Delivers State of the School Presentation
Superintendent Magyar at State of the Schools

The first day of school for the 2018-2019 School Year was one of excitement, celebration and anticipation for students and staff members throughout the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools. Yet in addition to the return of students, the first day of school is also accompanied by Superintendent Magyar’s annual delivery of the State of the Schools to room full of retired teachers from the District. Held at Saint Michael’s Woodside party center, the yearly tradition includes an update presentation of important events, activities and initiatives taking place in the BBHCSD. Superintendent Magyar began her remarks with a summary of academic milestones from the previous school year along with co-curricular achievements. She then provided the group of retired BBHCSD teachers with an update of the new elementary building project and also some exciting initiatives taking place during the school year. The Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools thanks this gathering of teachers for their invitation to present an update of the school district and wishes them all well in their future endeavors.
