Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School To Celebrate In-Car Commencement on June 13th
The Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School Class of 2020 will be honored this year with a special and one-of-a-kind In-Car Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, June 13th beginning at 1 p.m. in the parking lot between the High School and the Football Stadium. The BBHHS Commencement Ceremony will follow a community-wide parade for seniors that will be led by the widely popular and gallant Cleveland Metroparks Mounted Police Unit and that will kick-off at 11:30 a.m. from Broadview Heights City Hall, travel through downtown Brecksville and conclude at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School. At the In-Car Commencement Ceremony, members of the Class of 2020 will watch a video compilation of their graduation ceremony, taped between May 11th and May 18th and other taped speeches by dignitaries. District leadership felt that the In-Car Commencement provided the safest option with the greatest opportunity to share our pride, recognition and school spirit for the Class of 2020.  The ceremony will be live streamed on the Facebook pages of the District and both communities. The BBHCSD extends its gratitude to both Mayors for their support in helping the District to honor and celebrate the Class of 2020 in the best manner possible in an effort to BEE ONE COMMUNITY. These festivities come after several other pride-filled senior activities held or being held in the next few weeks, including: an in-car parade around BBHHS stadium on April 17th, a Virtual Prom, a Virtual Senior Awards Night on May 20th and our Social Media Celebration of the Class of 2020 that will be posted on May 30th.  Please feel free to visit the high school page for the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools for more information.
