Interim Superintendent Hired
Dr. P. Joseph (Joe) Madak was named interim superintendent at the December 14 Board of Education meeting. Dr. Madak most recently worked as interim superintendent for the Revere Local School District. He was formerly a superintendent for the Lakewood City Schools (he also served as an interim there) and Mansfield City Schools. Dr. Madak’s official start date will be January 1, 2016. He will serve in this role for the duration of the Board of Education’s search for a permanent superintendent.
