The Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools received a 5-star top rating on the Ohio State Report Card, which was recently released to the public, demonstrating a significant achievement from last year to this year, and even elevating its scores in certain metrics. Overall, the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools’ combined score is 5 stars, meaning that the district significantly exceeds state standards in all aspects of academic achievement. Our Performance Index, which measures the test results of every student districtwide, is an impressive 106.5 demonstrating nearly a two-point increase from last year, and continued improvement since coming out of the pandemic. This means that on the aggregate, BBHCSD is continually moving students from one performance level to the next. Our Progress, Gap Closing, Graduation, Early Literacy, and College, Career, and Workforce and Military Readiness metrics all significantly exceed, or exceed state standards for academic excellence and the opportunity to learn.
