Students in Mr. Sean Brennan’s U.S. Government class recently participated in the valuable experience of engaging with City of Broadview Heights Mayor, Samuel J. Alai.  Attending Mr. Brennan’s class on Wednesday, February 3rd, Mayor Alai used the opportunity to explain to high school students about the inner-workings of local government, and the impact on which our city operations and resources have on residents. Questions and comments were taken from the class, and an in-depth discussion took place. BBHHS students are able to learn in a variety of ways, and chances for them to learn about the experiences from practitioners in a given career path adds substance and meaning to the lessons.
