On Wednesday, January 29th, seven BBHMS students participated in the annual Middle School Leadership Conference at North Royalton Middle School. The students were nominated by their school counselors and included eighth graders Diana Chen, Jelena Pavlovic, and Jack Twyford, along with seventh grade representatives Julia Babaeva, Sonny Frasco, Evelyn Meek, and Colin Riley. At the conference, over 200 student leaders from a variety of local middle schools listened to a presentation by Mr. Dee Hankins, an inspirational speaker who travels the country to deliver a message of resilience and personal strength. He shared his own experiences of overcoming obstacles, emphasizing that it is possible to persevere and beat all odds. Mr. Hankins' inspirational message aimed at motivating the students to stay focused on their goals, even when faced with challenges. Congratulations to all participating students for proudly representing BBHMS and setting a positive example for their peers!
