BBHES 2nd Graders Earn Glow Lunch
Second grade students at Brecksville-Broadview Heights Elementary School kicked of the month of May with some fun, and a creative lunch, all while learning the value of incentives from a fundraiser earlier this spring. Among a competition throughout the building, the second graders raised the most money during Coin Wars, a Parent Student Organization-sponsored fundraiser that helps generate dollars to buy books and media resources for the entire building. For being the class with the most funds raised, second graders enjoyed a Glow Lunch, and had a blast the entire time. Congratulations to our second grade Bees, and the entire building staff at the elementary school, for encouraging and engaging our student body here with positivity and constructive education. Our beloved and active PSO is to be commended as well for helping to empower students with meaningful opportunities, and delivering on promises to incentivize their positive behavior. Way to go, all involved!
