BBHCSD Recognizes Veterans

Throughout the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools, veterans of all branches of the armed services of the United States were recognized with assemblies, events, and thanked for their service to our country. The district pays deep tribute to the sacrifice made by those men and women in-uniform, past and present, so when these individuals are invited to our schools, they are awarded the highest levels of respect. At the Middle School, a moving tribute to our veterans was paid with a program that included breakfast, a medley of patriotic songs performed by our orchestra and vocal ensemble. The elementary school provided a presentation and breakfast, complete with pictures of how students honored veterans, along with impactful words delivered by several veterans and special individuals. The BBHCSD extends its heartfelt gratitude to the veteran service members who fought to protect and defend our freedoms in order to uphold our shared values.
