Superintendent's Message
Dear Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools Community,
On behalf of everyone in the district, welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! District leaders are excited to be entering the third year of its strategic plan, remaining firmly dedicated to our mission to rigorously educate, boldly empower, and collaboratively engage. Together, we’re also looking toward the fulfillment of our vision to become a destination school community. Thank you all for the help you provide to make the mission and vision realities in our school community.
The district also continues to make progress on key campus infrastructure improvements. A newly created and enhanced Hilton Drive is open and ready for business! This new roadway in and out of campus is designed to improve traffic flow and safety. The main drive of BBHMS, along with student drop-off/pick-up areas have also been repaved, while a newly installed stadium turf is providing our students with an outstanding new surface for competitions this school year. Middle School building enhancements include the complete removal and replacement of the roof above the girls locker room, installation of a new ceiling grid and tile, and LED lighting upgrades.
As we begin another school year together, I extend my greatest wishes to everyone in the BBHCSD school family. The opportunity to serve this community as your Superintendent, and to work with the finest administrative team, staff, and families, in the entire State of Ohio, is truly a blessing. Let's make this our very best school year. Thank you for your continued support.
