Career Signing Day Celebrates BBHHS Students Entering Workforce
Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School hosted its first-ever Career Signing Day ceremony in the Media Center on Thursday, May 9, 2019, to honor twelve graduating seniors who have chosen to pursue a skilled trade and will enter the workforce after graduation.  Each of the following students were individually recognized for dedicating hours of their time during the evenings, on weekends, and holiday breaks to earn licensures and certifications, as well as refine their skills to obtain gainful employment after high school.

Nicholas Battaglia - CNC Operator (Machinist)
Alexander Bleidorn - Electrician
Anita Fierst - Cosmetologist (Hair & Nail Specialist)
Alexander Forman - Automotive Technician
Samuel Formoso - CNC Operator (Machinist)
Kristena Grubnyak - Dental Assistant
Mark Jajowka - Lineman
Joseph Juris - CNC Operator (Machinist)
Matthew Lawer - Construction Equipment Mechanic
Tyler Lucarelli - Residential Construction
Matthew Nejdl - Union Carpenter

The Career Signing Day ceremony provided a meaningful way to show the District’s appreciation of the students’ hard work and dedication to achieve success in their chosen field.  A special thank-you to Kyle Drypolcher for his efforts in organizing the special ceremony.  On behalf of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools, the District congratulates all the above students and wishes them continued success in the future!
