Highland Drive Celebrates 2017 Spirit Week
To celebrate the school’s 2017 Spirit Week, students and staff at Highland Drive Elementary displayed their creativity and school pride by wearing variety of clothing and costumes to match each day’s specific theme. The list of fun themes included Favorite Character Day (Monday, October 2nd), Favorite Sports Team Day (Tuesday, October 3rd), Wacky Wednesday or “Crazy Hat/Hair Day” (Wednesday, October 4th), Pajama Day (Thursday, October 5th) and Highland Drive Spirit Apparel Day (Friday, October 6th). The 2017 Spirit Week also included a No Fuss Fundraiser Drive in which students who participated in the Spirit Week festivities received a daily raffle ticket for a chance to win a variety of great prizes, including scooters, swimming lessons and more. Thank you to all the students and staff at Highland Drive Elementary for helping to make the 2017 Spirit Week and No Fuss Fundraiser a huge success!
