8th Grader Lane Buckley Demonstrates Initiative at Recent Visit to CVCC
Lane Buckley, an ambitious and forward-thinking special 8th grade student recently took advantage of an opportunity to learn more about the vast offerings for college, career and more at the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center by participating in a school-sponsored field trip. Joining his fellow 8th grade students, Lane demonstrated interest in the courses at the Career Center and toured the entire facility. According to one of our very own administrators, Lane was attentive, curious and engaged with what the CVCC had to offer, independent of adult support. The Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools promotes educational opportunities of all types to each and every student in our District. A special “Bees Shout” goes out to Lane for taking full advantage of such opportunities and positive growth experiences.
