BBHCSD Celebrates Halloween
One of the most festive times of the school year falls on Halloween, when students and staff throughout the District participate in the yearly tradition of dressing up to celebrate the autumn holiday. Such was the case on Thursday, October 31st as students at all buildings used the Halloween occasion to showcase their creativity and make-believe talents by wearing a variety of fun costumes. District officials participated in the festivities as well, as the entire administrative team dressed up as the cast from the beloved movie series Toy Story. Superintendent Joelle Magyar, also known as Jesse for the day, joined Director of Curriculum and Instruction Dr. David Martin, also known as Woody for the day, Brian Wycuff, who was Buzz Lightyear and Director of Business Services Chris Coad and Director of Pupil Services Dr. Gina Symsek, who dressed up as Mr. and Mrs. Potatohead, respectively. All buildings are being visited throughout the day to see the wonderful costumes of our students, which included a variety of Spider Man, princess, Star Wars, Nurse and Doctor outfits. In all, a wonderful Halloween experience was underway at the BBHCSD. Stay safe and dry in your trick-or-treat activities!
