Food Collection At Our City Schools
November 17th - December 5th
Each year the students and staff of Brecksville-Broadview Heights Schools provide food for our area's needy families by participating in the Annual Hunger Drive sponsored by the cities of Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Independence and Seven Hills. Please click on link to see many types of nonperishable food items that students are asked to bring to their schools. All of these items are needed and appreciated! In addition, please note that this year each school building has chosen to give special support to a designated category of non-food essentials. A wide range of food and non-food items will ensure that each and every needy family will receive provisions for this special season and well into the new year.
While the schools collect nonperishable food and other essential household items, area businesses generously provide clothing, toys, and monetary donations to purchase the perishable items that will also be distributed.
Volunteers will sort items and pack boxes December 9th through 12th in time for distribution on December 13th.
Remember to bring nonperishable food and other food items to school November 17th - December 5th.
