3/13/10

The Mid Winter orchestra concert was a hit with everyone! What a great program that feautred music of Bach, to novelty pieces like "The Adventures of Stringman" to contemporary music from Coldplay, Jay Sean, and Paramore.

We only have a few short weeks left before spring break, and we will use this time to select music for our May 20th concert which is themed "Fairy tales and Fantasies". The students will listen to the list of possibilities, and write critiques for the musical selections that grab their attention.
