BANDS UPDATE : 7/25/08
Hello Band Parents,
 
The Uniform Committee is looking for extra volunteers to help on both fitting nights.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us as soon as possible.  E-mail or call to let us know when you are available to help.  A sincere thank you to the parents who have already signed up.  We will be contacting you next week with further details. 

FITTING SCHEDULE

Tuesday, August 5th

  •  6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Seniors
  •  7:30 p.m. - 9:00 pm. Juniors

Wednesday, August 6th

  •  6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Sophomores
  •  7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Freshmen
Also, if you cannot make your uniform fitting night, please contact one of us immediately.  Make-up fittings will be done by "appointment only."

21-25 Flagline Camp (8:30am - 3pm each day)
Percussion Camp TBA via Mr. Sark directly

AUGUST
PRE-CAMP - August 4-8 (8 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
August 4th - Leadership only
August 5th - New marchers and Leadership
 Please note - "new marchers" are all incoming freshmen as well as any student 10-12 new to the Marching Bees!
 August 6, 7 - ALL BAND MEMBERS
 August 8 - Picture Day (All Band Members) CT: 8a.m.

BAND CAMP - August 11-15 (Mandatory for all members)
 August 11-14: 8 a.m. - 3p.m. & 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
 Friday, August 15: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
 

****There will be no evening rehearsal on August 15th
****Our first performance is at Cedar Point on August 16th!

PLEASE NOTE: Students will not be permitted to leave the BBHHS campus during lunch.Students should plan to bring their own lunch from home. There are serious safety concerns involved with students rushing out and back. Therefore, we will be adamant about following this policy.

 

 
FUNDRAISER!!!!
Dear band student/parent,

The 08-09 officers have succeeded in planning a group outing to see the Cleveland Indians play at Progressive Field.  All of the game info. is listed on the attached form (game date, time, etc...).  If you are interested in attending this game, please print out the form and return it in one of the methods suggested on the form.
