The Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District is pleased to assist with the promotion of events for students per board policy. Flyers are posted in an electronic format, saving paper and time but still reaching a broad audience for these events. As per Board Policy, no materials from any profit making organizations are distributed to students in any format.

Flyer Submission Guidelines:

In order to expedite your request, please use the guidelines listed below:

  • Forms should be submitted electronically as a PDF attachment to an email, directed to Superintendent, Joelle Magyar at magyarj@bbhcsd.org.
  • Each flyer must include: Contact Name, Email and Phone Number.
  • Please be sure to include the desired date of posting and the date that the event ends.
  • Please supply a brief description/title of your flyer which includes the following information: Who, What, When, Where and Why for your event.
  • Flyers may be submitted any time but will ONLY be posted to Flyer Central every Wednesday. In order for us to help you promote your event, please plan accordingly.
  • Requests to building personnel will be directed to the Central Office for consideration of approval. ALL flyers must be pre-approved by the Superintendent.

2 Shows Only! Saturday, May 18th at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the Old Town Hall in Brecksville. All tickets are $12.00.
Join us at the Middle School on Friday, April 26th from 7 pm-9 pm (admission $5) and Saturday, April 27th from 8 am until noon for a consignment sale of toys, games, baby & kids gear, and much more. Admission on Saturday is $5 from 8-9 am and $1 after 9 am.
Help protect our children, our water and our food supplies by safely disposing of unused or expired medication at the Brecksville Horticultural Building, located at 6916 Stadium Drive, from 10 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 27, 2019. Please remove all prescription labels before arriving.
Free and open to the public, CFK provides monthly speaker series featuring presentations on various childhood topics by local, pediatric professionals, as well as hands-on training programs designed for families and their children (7-12 years) who are struggling.
As part of its TYA (Theater for Young Audiences) Series, the Broadview Heights Spotlights community theater will be presenting “The Velveteen Rabbit” on Saturdays and Sundays, May 4-12, 2019. Saturday shows are at 2PM and 6PM; Sunday shows are at 2PM. All seats are $10 and reservations are available online at www.broadview-heights-spotlights.org Walk-ins are welcome if seating is available. See flyer for additional info.
Brecksville United Church of Christ is proud to present Quartet Riesling, an evening of classical music from legendary composers performed by the Oberlin Conservatory of Music on Sunday, May 5th at 4:00 PM. A light reception will follow the concert.
All God's Children Preschool located at Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Brecksville is now enrolling children in a new play/nature based preschool program! For children ages 3 - 5 years old, Mon - Fri, from 7 am to 4 pm.
The proposed renovation of the MS Auditorium is a joint partnership of the BBHCSD and PSO. This multi-year plan seeks to upgrade technology and give a much needed facelift to the highly used school space. Learn more on how you can help support this project.
Sponsored by the Great Lakes Science Center, Camp Curiosity is the most fun your child will have at science camp! Featuring LEGOS, rockets, experiments, robots and more, camps blast off on June 3rd!

Athletic Flyers
Girls entering grades 2nd thru 8th are invited to attend the Lady Bees Basketball Camp from June 10th-13th. Learn basic fundamentals, grade level improvement skills and game play in a fun and safe environment. Registration deadline is Friday, June 7th.
Boys entering 2nd - 8th grade for the 2019-2020 school year are invited to learn basic basketball fundamentals in a safe and fun environment from 1-4 PM at the BBHHS gym, June 17th - 20th, 2019. Registration deadline is Friday, June 8th.
A lacrosse skills camp will be held at Broadview Heights City Hall Rec Fields from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM on June 4th thru June 6th, 2019. The camp is for all grades and levels of experience.
Help children & families in need by donating new or used sporting equipment and apparel to The Next Game.
